19.3ha land parcel
Located in the Malu Mare town, this is an area that has seen rapid growth in recent years through multiple real estate projects that have been developed, both residential and commercial. Because of all these developments and the requests of numerous investors, the Malu Mare local council has created a new PUG.
Given there are 10 000 people employed inside a 1-mile radius, half of whom work within just three locations (Ford, Dedeman, Selgros), while we have already begun the process of acquiring the PUZ for a new logistics project, the zone is also suitable for commercial projects.
E70, also known as DN6 is a 4-lane single carriageway stretching from Craiova to Caracal. With a 228ml opening to E70/DN6 it allows travelling quickly to multiple points of interests:
- Ford factory: 1mi
- Selgros superstore: 1mi
- Dedeman superstore: 1mi
- Electroputere Mall: 2.9mi
- Craiova city centre: 4.8mi
- Craiova city airport: 5.3mi
- Craiova train station: 4.7mi
On top of all of these local points of interest, Bucharest (DN65/E574) can easily be reached through Craiova’s southern ring road.
